allora le note sono punti di cultura che puoi accuistare durante il gioco comprando case,hotel,parchi e cosi via...piu ne raccogli e piu cose sbloccherai durante il gioco. ogni tipo di struttura ha diversi punti di cultura....il parco giochi ad´esempio ha 5 punti di struttura..... sai come fai ad´aumentare la popolazzione?se vai su populate puoi mandare 1 punto di popolazione a chi vuoi tu oppure vai ai tuoi amici connessi e ne mandi...

Hi! The musical-notes = CULTURE. You can olny get the culture later on in the game, and you get it by purchase some buildings such as theathers, tourist-attractions and so on. But for now you just need to get population and happiness, so you will get more money to purchase smaller buildings and restaurants. Good luck:-)
