Forever Desthpicable is the city of all desthpicableness and will be forever more...

Connected cities will be popped whenever desthpicableness decides...

Connection requests will be dealt with when desthpicableness decrees...

Messages posted on my wall will be read/replied to when desthplicableness says so...

However if you wish for a more co-operative metro connection please connect to my alter ego (baby city)...
