Isolated on the steppes of Mongolia sits the quiet city of Kerulen River. The citizens go about their lives, all under the benevolent gaze of The Mayor.
But something dark is beneath the surface of this placid town, and the Kerulites don't realize that their Mayor is a mere figurehead. She sits at her mayoral desk with a kind smile, but holds very little power.
The true ruler of Kerulen River is shorter than average, with bright red hair - the only one of his kind in the city. He is power. He is might. He is Lepre Khan.
