i.m really sorry I.ve not popped for the last week as I.m really poorly and just want to sleep i.ve popped today as I.ve just took my medication but not sure if I.l pop in next few days if you need to delete me I understand sorry again xx hi I.ve been in hospital which was very unexpected but hopefully on the mend now thank you to all my connections that have stood by me xx
