Danielle Wolfe- Pryde, mayor ofMagic Rockover 15 years agoOkay, one thing at a time. :) 1. If you want to connect with other people you have to be Facebook friends with them first. IF you want, you can friend me and I can try to send some of the more active players I am Facebook (FB) friends with your way. 2. You have a lot of population right now, since it looks like you just started the game; I wouldn't rush so much on the population until you have the jobs to fill it. It's my GUESS that if there are too many people without jobs then you might start getting homeless people, crime, poor health, etc. I know this sounds like a lot, but I don't usually try to have any more than 1000 jobs free at any given time (only because there are some businesses that do require a lot of people). 3. If you do want to populate, the way to do it is to ask on the wall for others to populate your city (you have to return the favor or they get cranky, though), or to do it through your connections (your FB buddies that you have invited to the game). If it is a connection, you will get five people. If it is a non- connection (people from the wall) you will get one person. 4. Before you can think about what to buy first, I need to know how many extra people you have for the jobs. If you have a lot of people for jobs (you can tell by clicking on "build" then "establishments." At the bottom of "establishments" you can see how many people you have filling up jobs, and then compare it to your population)... sorry, as I was saying... if you have a lot of people then go for any of the ones you have so far... grocery store, bistro, cafe, pizzeria, etc. Stay away from the pubs and gas stations for right now until you have some police stations; you don't want your crime to go up. If you don't have a lot of population to work with buy the houses and apartments; you make a lot of revenue and you don't have to use your population on it. I have more tips, if you want, and we can work on building your culture back up. (If you get a factory right now, though, you will go down more in culture). Things you can do to get your culture back up is to buy a lot of schools and libraries from non- revenue... but you HAVE to have the money to support it. Work on getting a good cash flow first. :) (sorry this was wordy!)

Jess Remanda, mayor ofTreasure Islandover 15 years agook ill help ya....when i first started i only bought one of each thing... its ok not to have all ur people in housing, nothing happens but its not ok to have more jobs then people. why r u minus in culture? have u bought factories yet?
