Those Moravians have done it again - first Bethlehem, Pa., then Winston-Salem, N. C. . . . and now, an up-and-coming island paradise on that desolate, God-forsaken rock off the coast of Newfoundland; soon to be a major international finance and trade capital. (We're keeping this one, instead of letting some overrated fly-by-night outfit like Bethlehem Steel or Reynolds Tobacco take it over and screw it up like they did the last two...)
