Ludwig Henry, mayor ofValuteiaover 15 years agoJobs are filled by population, so you need others to pop yip. If you don't have enough people to fill the jobs just concentrate on buildings that don't need jobs, like houses. It worked great for me to build a lot of houses at first, they also keep happynes up. In the start I think its good to build as many houses as possible. Keep taxes at 36-37% and that way you will be able to build houses fast enough to keep happynes up high enough. And after the initial stage of the game you'll see that it will get easier and easier to build more and let the profits roll in.

Skip Rocky, mayor ofFantasy Islandover 15 years agoset up your taxes to 36%. Ask others not to pop but to entertain until you can build up jobs and culture. Ask for as many people to connect with you as possible. Tell them you will pop daily then do it through the population tab. you have to get your culture up to advance in the game and work toward no unemployment. Use the wall frequently to ask for others to entertain. When you advance a little and have filled all jobs then you can ask people to pop.
