How To Connect Cities

In order to connect cities one must add you or you can add the person you wish to connect with, by simple clicking on his/her display pic.

After the request has been accepted by the party you wish to connect with, go forth an invite the person to join cities with you.

p.s it's best to write a little note stating "Metropolis" attached to your friend request.
