Hi, Buy some land an empty plot then buy a shop so you have some income, You need to get some note points, so when you can buy land to build a park on but watch how much it takes to up keep it , then slowly at first build the city the way you want to, make sure you get the police , fire and heath things and then education amd landmarks, need any more advice, click on me and ask? Mostly just enjoy it it is a lovely game if you give it a try, lol christine

Oh... basically you are building up a city and need population to grow. Why don't you check out the forum. I learned a lot from there.
