Hey everyone... welcome to Roseau. If I don’t happen to populate your city, I just got sidetracked with life :) hope you are having a wonderful winter so far... I have been having trouble logging on through my phone.. so if I don’t pop, it’s because of that… also on vacation till end of January, most likely will forget to pop.. wrote this a year ago and it’s literally the same..
