Well something has gone wrong and I have broken the 2000 population line and population is growing.

So since the under 2000 population experiment is wrecked I will be shutting down shortly. If you want to stay on my list hollar. Otherwise I will get people slowly pulled off. 10 Burj purchased in one chunk was the highest goal reached before population got out of control.
