you need to raise your culture level asap or you won't be able to build much. I highly suggest you sell the cheap factory and start off with things that build the culture and the cash flow. buy a few horseman to open more stuff up and then sell them later once you have a lot more of the culture. trust me, it will help.

entwrtained. Welcome to metro. Hang in there the hardest bit is at first. Then the addiction sets in and things get reLly fun and challenging. Dont hesitate to ask for help. Tons of cities are happy to drop by to pop or entertain.
