Kat Petrow, mayor ofVillage Of Katover 14 years agoFirst you have to buy two houses and then some of the non-revenue buildings will show that have more culture per item. As you get more culture, more items will become available all of the purchase tabs, all of the landmarks have high culture items, some of the Establishments do besides houses, and most of the non-revenue items increase your culture has you buy them. Kat Petrow, mayor ofVillage Of Katover 14 years agoTo make connections, you have to either send or be sent a friend request via facebook. You can do this by clicking on the mayors top left image. Once you are friends, then you go to the connections tab. There you will see connection requests that you can either Accept or Reject on top. If you don't have any, below that you will see all of the friends in your facebook application that you are not connected with. You select the persons image or multiple persons images and then click on the send connection request. NOTE: Once a connection has been made, you can delete them from your friends within facebook. I have another city that is my personal account in facebook and I don't keep very many friends after I connect, I have 1000 connections with that city but only have 40 friends. :)
Kat Petrow, mayor ofVillage Of Katover 14 years agoYou populate or entertain by clicking on the city...like my picture...that will take you to that mayors city. When you are there, about the middle of the mayor's page should be a populate link and/or entertain link, if you had not already done so in the past 23 hours. You select on of those links and you will add population or increase the happiness of that city.
Kat Petrow, mayor ofVillage Of Katover 14 years agoTo get your city populated, you have to build connections and auto pop, which is on the population tab. Also on the population tab, for $1000 metro dollars, you can put yourself on the please populate list. Other mayors will click on the different cities and populate them. You will see who has populated you on the feed on the home tab and you can return the favor by clicking on their city and populating them. Some of the mayors are Gold Members (GM), and if you populate them via your feed once a day, they have a buttont that they push that returns all favors, so they will automatically populate you within 36 hours of you popping them 5 Posts Available
