Couple of tricks I've learned. Whatever you do, don't buy any industrial land or factories! Other than that, should be good. But those keep you from ever getting any culture, go figure! lol Culture and population, seem to be the key to getting ahead! Oh and another tidbit a friend told me, think like a Democrat! lol Meaning, set your tax rate up to around 35% or so. ( that's where mine is ) Only thing, if you set it that high, better check your game a 3-4 times a day. Other wise you will dip below 20% happiness, then the money stops flowing in! Yeah, gotta keep that up to! lol
