I had to restart and I did things differently this time and lol I am still not so good at this and I can pop ppl all day and still even with them popping me back...I'm in the red! Wish I had time to read the forum!

My culture is negative because I bought a Cheap Factory or sold a building with culture! There are two ways to regain your culture: 1) Sell your factory at half the price (You may need to "Reassess culture" to regain culture points lost due to the recovery of industrial land) 2) Keep building houses one by one till you regain positive culture Note: one house gives one positive culture. hope this helps!
