Maureen Waltermann, mayor ofTwentythree Drpepperover 16 years agoI had to start over after I figured out what I did wrong. I am on my second try. You need connections...you need to populate/ENT others and return favors. And you try to build a good city...one with few homeless, no fires etc. lol I hope I am helping. I was wondering why some of my connections were not popping me. To pop all your connections if you have enough culture (if I remember right) there is a button you do all at once BUT since you are limited...you need to go to connections and then view all connections...then you have to manually click on each name and pop or ENT

If you do need to turn off the pop button go to mayor and at the bottom is will say Quick Settings Would you like your profile picture framed? x Allow other users to send you population? Option selected: ( Yes please, allow others to populate my city. ) Take the x off the allow others to send population, when you need more population then you x it again.
