Patty Rogover Owens, mayor ofPattylandover 15 years agoHi Puneet, I've come to visit your city. One way to build cash flow quickly is to alternate between buying houses and apartment buildings. Buy as many as you can, blocks of 10 saves you money because each time you buy the price goes up. The apartments will bring you the happiness. While on line playing have your taxes set at 40%, then go down low when you are offline. Go through your feed daily and return favors...this is how you get your connections...you pop or ent them and they you in return...then ask for a connection. Good Luck, have fun, and read the forum...it has lots of strategy for the game.
