I suggest going to your mayor tab and turning off the abality to have people pop you for a while so you can keep you happiness up to 100 for a while and make some money then buy some buildings that will make you more money first then buy buildings like a police station and hospital to get your stats up or you will start losing money. I made the mistake today of selling to many things to quickly and it made my city unhappy.
