Rick Johnson, mayor ofRikkopolisover 16 years agoHi Aimee. I'm not laughing - we were all newbies as some point. Normally when you get a pop or ent from someone, you would return the favor by giving that person either pop or ent. That is what is meant by "RTF" (Return the favor). There are 2 ways to return favors: 1. On your city home page you will see an "Interaction Feed". This is a list of all cities that have given your city a pop or ent. Just click one of the city links and it will take you to that person's city. There you can either click "populate" or "entertainment" - depending on what their city may need or what their Message may say. 2.) Become a gold-member and use the "Return all Favors" button" under the "Populate" tab. This way is easier because you don't have to do each city one at a time. Hope that helps :-)
