Welcome, hope this helps.. to start only purchase in blocks of ten.. purchase all undeveloped land in tens. start by purchasing ten of each undeveloped land. you can build revenue that way. when u have saved enough purchase ten houses.. again go back & purchase ten of the undeveloped land u just used... it reverts back to original price when u use all of them. When you have built enough revenue start going back n forth between houses n apartment buildings. IF u can check this game 4-6 X a day then I would also rec amend changing ur tax rate to 40% .. when ur happiness gets to 30 or less u can un-check the option to receive population. Also You do not want to get to 2000 population. so ounce you get to say 1600 population you want to un-check the receipt of population until you are ready... if your unable to check game with in 6 or so hours set your tax rate to below 20% ..Like if your going to bed or at work & no access to game...
