Julie Tribe, mayor ofJulies Toonover 16 years agodoes it say Employment: 1,385 jobs ( 0 unfilled.) thats fine if it does a bit of advice ....to progress in this game you need to sort out your culture as it is - 239 ( the cheap factorys have got you in trouble ) buy things with culture points you also need to buy some doctors / anything health related and so on as once your population hits 2000 your gonna be in trouble trying to sort them out buy things in blocks of ten if you can 
Sandra Zovko, mayor ofSangradover 16 years agoYou have to many factories which gives you negative culture points and you can't open new stuff. Besides, because of the factories your heath index is red and you're loosing money. You should sell them at this stage of the game and buy other things.
