In answer to your question... Eventually you\'ll unlock more buildings, and certain buildings will \"increase your city\'s chances to give birth to\" facebook addicts, tycoons, great artists, etc. For example, building a pub will increase your city\'s chances to give birth to criminals. After you build the buildings, the \"Great People\" just show up!
