If you decide to buy industrial land at one point I would not do it now because you culture would go down. buy land in packs of 10 and start with houses that give you culture , the bus stops and the parking spaces. watch the upkeep ones because some do not give benifits but take your money. I made the mistake at first getting too many parks, playgrounds and horsemen. dont go over population of I forget what it is? I have to check the rules again. as long as you do not have too many people at first you do not have to work about the indexes. they recommend that you have a certian amount of cash flow before going over either 1200 or 2000 population.?
