Welcome to the game, Rachel. I gave you a person at add to your city's population. You can return the favor by going to your "Home" tab and reading the game feed at the bottom of the page. You can see which cities have given you either population or happiness. Click the city's name to go to their city. There will be a "populate" or "entertain" link. Read the mayor's message to see which they prefer. That's called "returning the favor" or RTF. Let me know if you have any questions. Just write on my city wall. :-)
