Our serene city welcomes new citizens. They’ll soon learn to love the mandatory daily cultural activities as much as we do.

Itinerant entertainers are free to provide amusing diversions for citizens wearied by existential ennui (or by existentialism). You’ll find us an appreciative audience. Criticism is limited to literary magazines no one reads (contributors don’t count) but that look impressive on the coffee table. Performers rarely end up in the oubliette. Those that do, deserve it.
