2/5 please pop more- I am getting rid of connections that pop less than 3 times a week to make room for more- let me know if there is a reason or if my report was wrong.

I am now running a weekly connection report- 1. Cities with 0 will be removed at 2nd week of 0 pops. 2. Cities with 1-2 pops will get a message on their wall after 2nd week and removed at 3rd week if no change or explanation is given. Trying to build 1,000 reliable connections as fairly as possible. Thanks!
