Gail, if you go to the populate tab you can populate other cities. Usually they will return the favor and pop your city, but a lot of them say on their wall they need connections. If you click the photo, it takes you to their FB page where you can invite them to connect. You get the best pops from connections.And don't forget to populate your connections every time you play.
