David Manuel, mayor ofDeadbyover 16 years agoDeadbeats once ruled Deadby and any sign of a creative expression for the love of life was quickly snuffed out, buried and forgotten. Darkness ruled the day until I and a scrappy band of disgruntled citizens chucked out the despots and sent them packing. Now it's up to us to restore the balance.
