Hi..be careful not to let too many people in. Try to stop your population before you reach 1200 people. Go to the Mayor button, scroll down and check the little box to stop population. You can leave it that way indefinitely while you build cash, and buy properties for health, education, crime and fire. Just some friendly advice from someone who had to restart my city 3 times...Good Luck!
