Entertained as you are still a young city. very important in the early years as it helps to build your bank and not go over the 4000, Population is not a worry as your City indexes will not come into effect unless this happens.. so bank to be ready for this also you do not have daily census done. Please return the favor . If you look as if you have too many visitors it is wise to put your city on Entertain only.. and this will keep it happy. I am starting a Help for young and new cities list. you can be on this if you wish to.. and others will help and guide you if you would like to be invited to the group and are an active player we will all be able to assist you in any question you may want to know. please advise.... many thanks Jan
