Michelle Ritz Randall, mayor ofRandallvilleover 16 years agoI'm just starting out myself too, but you have to keep your people happy (the smiling face) and to do that you buidl things to employ them or fun. Then it is balancing the cost of the upkeep of what you build with revenue, nd you get to set a taxrate, which determines what you get. I try not to set it too high. If you check out the forums, there was a great tutorial in there that I read, but I didn't like one part of it, so I didn't do it, but it helped me understand it all better. Now, I have to check in and see what is going on all the time, and I can't wait to build a private school and a gym.
