If you go to the populate tab, you can post your city and people will help you populate your town and increase your entertainment. it cost a $1000, but is worth it. You can also click on cities that are posted and either pop. or ent. as they request or need and they will return the favor. You can only do it once a day, but you can connect with all sorts of people from all over. Hope this helps.
