It seems fun! I've played Sim City and loved it. This seems like a simpler version of that. Good luck Mr. Mayor!

Hey hey Hello madam Mayor! I've learned that patience is a virtue in this virtual town-building game!! OOOOO and buying land, homes or business in batches of 10, rather than one at a time, is a good move too. Whether you buy one or two or ten at a time, each single transaction results in an upping of the price for subsequent transactions! So if you can buy several homes at once, rather than one at a time, this is a better use of $$. blah blah, have fun :)
