Random visit via your post on someone else's wall. Looking at your indexes, it seems like you're spending a lot of extra daily money on schools, hospitals, police, and firefighters when you'd be better off with stuff that gets you income. You only need an education index of 1.5, a health index of 1.5, a crime index below 1.0, and a fire index of 2 to get max benefit. (Be careful selling stuff, though, since selling stuff that carries happiness will make you unhappy. You can either sell them and be prepared to quickly buy something to make your city happy again, or just stop buying non-revenue building until you need them.)
