The people of God's Waiting Room don't get out a lot. Others find them rather dreary it seems. And after what turned out to be a triple celebration last week they are now getting a bit restless. Within a couple of days ... We hit 750,000 population. Made it into the Australian top 10 Turned 100 years old. Now they all just want to party, party party... Please come and visit whenever you can. We have many tea rooms and cafes and specialise in Devonshire style teas and wonderful cakes and cookies. All children receive a free balloon on entering the city. This is an oldie, but still a goodie Indecent Exposure A blonde is walking down the street with her blouse open, exposing one of her breasts. A nearby policeman approaches her and remarks, "Ma'am, are you aware that I could cite you for indecent exposure?" "Why is that , officer?" asks the blonde. Hi Pam, it looks like your doing great for a new city, just keep plugging away buying the smaller buildings & remember the more culture you get, the more things are opened up in the game for you (new buildings / landmarks / non revenue options). You can buy parks & playgrounds to keep happinesss up in the early stages if you want, when you`re more established you can sell them off to lower your upkeep costs. Grocery stores are one of the lowest paid jobs, as are business buildings. Best paid ones in the early stages are City Metro Stations, both beach resorts, bistro`s, bus stops, even pubs & gas stations, if you don`t mind a bit of crime. Keep your tax at 40% whenever you`re online, drop it to 37% when your off-line (37% will last about 10-12hrs). Hope that helps some. Oh.... undeveloped land is also a great assett ;-)

What`s your tax set at? And also, it`s probably a bit early for you to have a convention centre.....you`ll get more money putting the people into work in the smaller buildings. Private schools are great for happiness levels :-)
