Tim Chipp, mayor ofTimseltownover 16 years agoa tip for you as someone just starting a city: buy only houses for a little while. This provides great revenue and help with entertainment. After you have about 100 houses, then start purchasing businesses and parks. Just buy 10x empty lots, then buy 10x houses when you have the money.
