I can appreciate what your going through. :) Hope you won\'t mind a few comments... and I hope they are helpful to you. Grow your revenue by building low-cost items with high income. Also grow your population through connections and returned favors (most people will return the favor when you populate or entertain their cities). Watch your happiness (if it falls below 20% your revenue drops to zero). Grow your culture with certain buildings... it will open up building options. And keep an eye on your stats under the building link. They will help you to know what kind of buildings you need to build. Hope that helps.
