your city is amung the oldest we have in metro...your index is causing you problems...you need to buy culture to raise your points up ...this opens police stations and buildings to combat the index...once you clear this hurdle the game will be enjoyable,,,post on my wall if you want any help

ent'd you need to get out in Top Cities pop everyday - leave messages and more will connect to you. Please pop back PS there is a post in forum for top connex - as most mayors won't cnnect from forum/ or you'll end up with no so good ones. As soon as it allows write a mayor message to say how often you pop it's in mayor wall. i think you have to get culture up a bit to get it.
