Jeanelle Micallef, mayor ofMalta Xyover 16 years agoOk np, I know how it feels, this game is hard at first..so as sandra said, be careful to prepare yourself financially before you hit the 2000population...thats the most important! Now about your question, well, The jobs if example you have 400jobs available (0unfilled) that means that 400 out of your 1,0007 people have a job. So try and get them all a job. It increases your income aswell :) Its ok if you have more jobs than people. :) Hope i helped..tell me if u got it k? 
Sandra Cosby, mayor ofNolavilleover 16 years agoLook under the help tab and in the forums for new city information. The information there is extensive and much more than can be provided on the walls. My one most important piece of advise is to make sure you have enough cash flow and culture before you hit 2000 people since the indexes can bankrupt a city if you are not ready.
