Greetings from Puerto Julio Cesar. We are a young city on the northern coast of Colombia, presently with a paper mill but with tremendous plans to expand over time in to a major international industrial seaport. We need your help. We are presently conducting an international campaign of appeal for help with population growth. People from cities from any and all places around the World are invited to come help populate our city. Especially if you are the mayor of a city of thousands of people, won’t you consider sending us some of your people. ADDITIONAL INCENTIVE: We are also in the process of naming our new streets.
