this might help a bit. to start only purchase in blocks of ten.. purchase all undeveloped land in tens. start by purchasing ten of each undeveloped land. you can build revenue that way. when u have saved enough purchase ten houses.. again go back & purchase ten of the undeveloped land u just used... it reverts back to original price when u use all of them. When you have built enough revenue start going back n forth between houses n apartment buildings. IF u can check this game 4-6 X a day then I would also rec amend changing ur tax rate to 40% .. when ur happiness gets to 30 or less u can un-check the option to receive population. Also You do not want to get to 2000 population. so ounce you get to say 1600 population you want to un-check the receipt of population until you are ready... if your unable to check game with in 6 or so hours set your tax rate to below 20% ..Like if your going to bed or at work & no access to game...
