Marilyn Price Struse, mayor ofGemvilleover 16 years agoThe pl work automatically when you buy buildings that use ppl. You need to be careful not to buy things unless you have the ppl to cover them. I suggest you stay away from the grocery stores. They use alot of ppl with not much cash return. Consider purchasing some cafes, pizza shops. Also, I would click on either the wall or populate tab and pop or entertain others that need it. Hopefully, they will give you population in return. You can post on the wall for free or in the populate section for 1k. I don't know what your current tax rate is but you may want to raise it into the 20's to raise cash more quickly to buy places to employ for workers. Overall, your city is looking good so far....just need to boost that population.
