start increasing happiness by buying houses.....parks and schools!!!.....but make sure ur revenues r always bigger than ur upkeep/expenses......(buying schools and parks will mean more expending/upkeep.......buying houses and businesses means more income/revenues).........

start buying houses before u run out of money.......also buy shops and stuff......and increase ur population!!!and increasing culture and happiness r a must!!!
