For your information, we have enacted a new bylaw drecreeing that anyone who has entered this town cannot leave until they have either procreated, or have entertained us.
(Preferrably by doing some sort of dance routine).

Anyone attempting to leave without doing so will be fired.....from a cannon.....into outer space.
