Hello....a few notes to help fix your city: 1) set your city to 'Entertain' only, 2) set tax rate to 40%, 3) buy Houses, Parks, and/or Playgrounds so that you can build your Culture and unlock new buildings, 4) buy Schools as early as you can until your Education Index is over 1.5, then buy Police Kiosks until your Crime Index is below1.0, then buy some of the Medical buildings until your Health Index is above 1.0 the forums have threads that explain how to manage your city....I would hate to see you have to start over Good luck!
