Delanie Harper Johnsen, mayor ofJohnsenvilleover 15 years agoYour people should automatically work when you buy buildings that create jobs. You currently have 1,013 people and only 34 jobs, giving you 979 unemployed citizens. You need to concentrate on purchasing buildings that give your peeps employment (and increases culture, if possible). I suggest you turn off your population and increase your tax rate to get a faster income. If you have enough connections, you can keep your peeps happy, even with higher taxes. If you don't have enough connections, go find a bunch of gold members that you can randomly pop and they will RTF via the gold button so you are almost guaranteed a 4% happiness boost from them. Keep returning their favors daily and you will have a continuous stream of happiness coming to your citizens. 3 Posts Available
