In order to fix your indexes, you need to purchase items that will help that specific index. The two that you should work on first would be Health first, then education. And then thirdly Crime Index. right now your fire protectionis fine. I suggest staying UNDER 2000 population till you get the hang of getting your indexes under control. So first to get your Health up, you need doctors and hopspitals. Then second, Education up, you need to purchase schools. Third Crime, is to by police kiosks/stations etc.

Hey Leanne...I suggest you check out and fix your Indexes. They are Awful low or high depending on waht they are. which means you are losing alot of your taxes. Increase your education index to 1.5+ and you can get an increase in rev by 20% rather than losing 20%. Increase your health to 1.5+ and you get a tax advantage of up to 30% revenue. Your crime is wayyyy high at 2.0. Lower it under 1.0...and you will not lose revenue at this level. anyway good luck!
