If you sell all your play grounds but just 10 at a time you could buy other things that will give you happiness and buy the fire protection such as the headquarters before they are gone. those gas stations cause criminals to be born when you get over 2000 pop and take away happiness so you may want to get rid of them after you get rid of some playgrounds.

you need fire protection before you start losing places. see if you can get the fireheadquarters before they are gone which could happen at any time with the new limited editions
