Fellow Mayor, I have been monitoring activity of all connections and it appears there has been no activity from your city towards mine since May 1st or possibly longer. Therefore, I shall be severing our connection in 7 days time unless there is some evidence of activity. It is getting very expensive to auto-pop especially those that do not return the favour. No hard feelings just good business sense.
